We use it only to assess your application for the position you applied for, and to contact you about it. Your application is accessed only by our recruitment team. We use service providers to receive and store applications (our website host, Netlify), which may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. We keep applications for up to 12 months after the position is filled, then delete them. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, at any time by emailing info@brightpathegitim.com. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
